It’s all in the DIET



  • Good overall health comes with giving you body the right nutrition. If you are experiencing the following symptoms, they are probably due to an unhealthy diet that you need to change:

    Ø Your skin shows signs of swelling or inflammation.
    Ø You’re constipated.
    Ø Your organs and tissues are full of toxins.
    Ø Your mood and energy levels are lower and you can’t think clearly and are less productive, thus affecting your work.
    Ø You get sick more often and have a higher risk of chronic disease.

    The key to maintaining your well-being is to eat more natural, unprocessed foods as they contain preservatives. Also choose foods that have a low glycemic index such as green vegetables, fruits, grains and nuts so they do not cause rapid changes in your insulin levels which could lead to health problems or weight gain.
